How They Hide The Sugar In Foods

One of the most common forms of sugar in our processed foods of today is high fructose corn syrup. In a recent test, subjects who ingested this kind of sugar for just 2 weeks had elevated triglycerides, increased blood pressure, insulin resistance, and decreased good cholesterol. If just 2 weeks on this “food” does that kind of damage… what will happen when you eat it for 2 years?
