Iodine is found in every cell in the body and is responsible for hormone production, proper immune function, and healthy cellular metabolism. Eighty percent of people tested for iodine were low. This means YOUR chances of being low in iodine are extremely high. Symptoms of iodine deficiency include: fatigue, depression, anxiety, difficulty losing weight, brain fog, cold hands and feet, dry skin, thinning hair, and constipation.
